I purchased Lil Red when I was 16, found it in the classifieds – before the Internet existed. Every Sunday, a new Classifieds Car section would come out, I still remember finding the ad for this truck. Got some friends together to go look at it, and the rest is history. About five years after I purchased the truck, I took it completely apart, keeping most of the original parts, and repainted it.
